Meet Chef Manasa
Chef Manasa began his culinary journey in a small restaurant in Fiji and first joined Lomani Island Resort & Spa in 2015. Now as Executive Chef, he brings over a decade of experience from working at prestigious resorts and overseas training.
Passionate about food, culture, and people, he leads a dedicated team to deliver memorable dining using fresh local ingredients and catering to all dietary needs.
Together with his dedicated team, Chef Manasa strives to ensure that every guest’s stay at Lomani Island Resort & Spa is nothing short of extraordinary.
