Meet Chef Shafeer
With over 12 years in the culinary industry, Chef Shafeer leads the kitchen at Lomani Island Resort as the Executive Chef. He’s known for his passion for food and ensuring guests enjoy top-quality meals with a local Fijian flair. Chef Shafeer is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, with an attention to detail that always delivers.
Having started his journey at Plantation Island Resort, Chef Shafeer always aspired to be part of Lomani’s team. He focuses on creating menus that combine traditional local flavors with contemporary styles, and he’s committed to fulfilling any special dining requests from guests to enhance their stay.
